  • Adults and teens who are feeling sad, down, depressed, or hopeless. Whether it has been happening for a while, recently, after an upsetting event, or seasonally.

  • Anyone struggling with low self-esteem or confidence. It may impact pursuing career goals, having good boundaries, and connecting with people.

  • Individuals who have gone through major event traumas or complex traumas. Recent traumas, childhood traumas, or relational traumas.

  • Couples struggling with communication difficulties, strife, disconnection, and intimacy. Whether you are a couple who recently got together and noticed there are some things to work through, or you have been together for years, and the same conflict has been reoccurring. I treat the spectrum of difficulties affecting couples.

  • Traditional talk therapy is great and can provide a lot of relief and skills. However, some clients find that some issues will not be resolved despite their best efforts. EMDR, using bilateral stimulation, can help reprocess beliefs, feelings, and body sensations that almost seem “stuck.”

    EMDR can be used with adults and teens either in individual therapy with me or as an added-on treatment to their therapy or couples counseling.

    Individuals who are looking to immerse themselves in trauma work fully can reach out and discuss the option for more frequent and longer sessions.
