Individual therapy sessions last 50 minutes, while couples sessions can be extended to 90 minutes. This extra time allows us to delve deeper into our work before concluding for the week.
EMDR sessions offer the option for longer durations to provide ample time for reprocessing. Sessions can range from 50 minutes to 90 minutes. If you are interested in half-day or full-day EMDR treatment, please reach out for more information.

I accept self-pay and out-of-network benefits. I take care of the billing process for my clients. If you're unsure about your out-of-network benefits, contact me, and I can find out for you.

Of course, it depends on the work we are doing. It can be 3 months, 6 months, a year, or 2 years. Research shows that EMDR is proven to shorten treatment time considerably.

Generally, all information and interactions with a client are kept confidential. However, there are a few exceptions such as:
If I believe a client is an immediate threat to themselves, I must ensure the safety of the client.
I must inform law enforcement if I believe a client is going to harm someone else.
I must report any suspected child abuse or elder abuse.
If any situations like this arise, we will discuss them.
